LDK Headship member Berat Rukiqi has cited three reasons why Kosovo has high electricity prices.
He has said that the blame rests with Kurti Government, who has made no investments in this field.
In his account in “Facebook”, Rukiqi wrote that this government is costing Kosovo citizens.
“1. Delays in thermal power plants have triggered increases in unplanned electricity imports. Unplanned imports come at high prices. Citizens pay the bill, earn Martin Berisha's partners. 2. KEK abusers and suspicious contracts for electricity trading. 3. 0 (zero) investments in new power generation capacities. The refusal of the gas power plant term and the failure of auction (4 times in a row), for energy production from solar sources, are the best indicator of the inability to govern the energy sector. This amateur government is coming with a big bill. He's got us deep in his pocket.
