Serbian lawyer Cedomir Stojanovic has published images of Serbian politician Nikola Sandulovic, who was brutally beaten at the Serbian BIA building from the 3rd to 4 January 2024.
Stojanovic has said that Sandulovici has been beaten because he posted a video on the X platform where he was seen putting flowers at the Jashari family cemetery in Prekaz and for having apologised for Serb crimes in Kosovo.
The lawyer said the beat-up politician in the video is seen leaving Belgrade's Emergency Hospital Centre and being sent to Central Prison, on orders from the city of Nis public prosecutor.
He says Sandulovic's life “is at risk”.
They're taking Nicola because they put flowers in Albanian graves. It's an official and formal charge against him. Let me repeat: the official and formal charge is that he spread hatred against Serbs by setting flowers in the Albanian cemetery and asking forgiveness from Albanians for crimes committed”, Stojanovic said.
He even posted a document testifying against Sandulovici.
You can see the High Public Prosecutor's order from Nis to arrest Nikola Sandulovici for: His deployment to the social X network, where he placed flowers in the graves of Albanians in Kosovo”, the lawyer Stojanovic wrote in another post.
