The death of 18-year-old lawyer Hoxha: Young people can only be sentenced to 10 years in prison, law must be changed

Lawyer Asdren Hoxha has commented on the case of young Lulzim Feyzullahu, who was hit by two people who later beat him to death with metal bars.

In a Facebook note, he said this case would not qualify as murder.

And according to him, even if it doesn't happen legally, then still the minimum prison penalty for minors is 10 years.

For that, Hoxha says, the law must be changed in order to increase impunity.
