Croatian diplomat: Rugova was timely timely leader for Kosovo

Kosovo's first president, Ibrahim Rugova, has remembered Croatia's ambassador to Finland and Estonia, Josip Buljevic, today on his 18th anniversary.

Buryleviq wrote in <x0X” that exactly Rugova was the right time leader for Kosovo.

“Ibrahim Rugova was exactly the kind of leader his people needed back then. A charismatic visionary, a pacifist but steadfast in fundamental principles. Global capacity leader”, the former Croatian Defence Minister wrote.

“Today, 18 years have passed since his death, and he is very missing in Kosovo and in Europe”, Buhlevic added.
