The court makes a decision to release 12 ATK officials, and businessman from Prizren, however, appoints these measures

Prescribed for them is the prohibition of approaching or of someone appointed. If they do not respect this measure, then it will be replaced by detention.

They are suspected of false signs, and of fraud. According to the prosecution, the defendants had admitted to the ATK institution 23 extinguishing bills from a business owner in Prizren, identified by initial F.P. The latter, according to the Prosecution, had applied for compensation from the State Value (TVSH) tax with extinguishing bills totalling 18m euros. The renovation would then be made at 2.8m euros.

The defendants were denied access and delivery to the ATK central institution and including all of its areas at a distance of 500 (five hundred) meters, as well as the ATK employee defendants were now denied contact and offering to the F.P. and its businesses, at a distance of 500 (five hundred) meters. Disrespecting this move on the part of the defendants will be replaced by the detention measure”, the report said.

Pristina, January 11th 2024 ) The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, has ruled on the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina for the appointment of the detention measure, due to suspicion given that they committed criminal acts, defendant F. P, for criminal work fake documents related to article 308 paragra tax 3 over KPRK's paragraph 1, as well as criminal duty tax evasion 307 paragraph 3 related to KPRK's Article 31, defendants N. B, M.Z., S.T. and A.J. due to criminal activity in co-ordination of duty fraud by Article 419 par 4 over paragraph 1 and Article 31 of KPRK, defendants M. R, M.Z., M.B. and J.H. due to criminal activity in co-ordination of duty fraud by Article 419 paragraph 4 and paragraph 1 related to Article 31 of KPRK and defendants G. G, A.P., V. K, A.R. and J.H. due to the criminal fraud committed by Article 419 paragraph 4 and paragraph 1 related to Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.

The preliminary procedure judge has rejected the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against the thirteen defendants as unbaptised and the same conform articles 175 of the KKPPRK, has been assigned the measure of detention to approach the country or the designated person.

The defendants were denied access and delivery to the ATK central institution's facilities and including all its areas at a distance of 500 (five hundred) meters, as well as the working defendants of ATK were now denied contact and offering to the F.P. and his businesses, at a distance of 500 (five hundred) meters. Disrespecting this move on the part of the defendants will be replaced with the detention measure.

Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
