The Constitutional Court in Pristina has assigned the detention measure to two artiol suspects Abdullah and Elton Kandri for the 18-year-old killing, Lulzim Zejnullahu.

How did this happen?
Lulzim Zejnullahu, 18, died as a result of injuries from two minor-age suspects.
Fejzulah was sent to hospital for treatment after receiving severe injuries.
The deceased already died on Saturday, for he did not face the ills. In a video distributed by the media, Zejnullahu was seen to have been hit with a ruthless metal rod by one of the suspects.
