Visa liberalisation has entered into force for Kosovo residents, but according to the EU, it is not for passport owners issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs Co-ordination of the Republic of Serbia.
From Brussels it is confirmed that the European Parliament and the EU Council must agree to such a decision, and that the procedure is ongoing, writes Cosovaonline, broadcasts the clansova.

The European Commission has previously submitted a proposal to abolish visas for citizens who have passports issued by Serbia's Ministry of Internal Affairs Co-ordination Directorate, but the issue remains under way.
Following the European Commission's proposal to abolish visas for holders of Serbian passports living in Kosovo, official Pristina urged the EU to reconsider that proposal.
