Boone tells what she told Lajcak at the meeting

Kosovo-Serbia dialogue facilitator Miroslav Lajcak announced yesterday he has held important meetings with senior French state officials.

From those meetings, he said he has received France's support for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.

Among the meetings he held in Paris was the one with Lawrence Boone, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs in the French government.

The latter announced today the meeting with Lajcak, which he said reiterated France's support for normalising relations between Pristina and Belgrade.

The happy “I met Miroslav Lajcak and had the opportunity to reconsider our constant support for normalising relations between Serbia and Kosovo. I also welcomed the recent progress on mutual recognition of auto license plates”, Boone said at X.

The European diplomat during this visit has also met with French President Emmanuel Bonne's diplomatic adviser.
