Berisha congratulates Kosovars for visas: Shame cover Belgrade nurse Edwin Christaq Rama

Albania's former prime minister, Sali Berisha, has congratulated Kosovo citizens on the occasion of visa liberalisation.

Through a post in his Facebook account, Berisha said this is an achievement to be hailed and fully deserved.
