Avdyli: Serbian extremists asking Serbian drivers with license plates RKS have distinctive marks

Kosovo MP from the ranks of List Guxo, Haxhi Avdyli, has appealed to Kosovo citizens who plan to drive on Serbia's streets with RKS license plates.

Avdyli stressed that Serb extremist groups have been making rowing appeals to Serbs with license plates RKS to set marks.
