The European Union's Emisari for Kosovo Dialogue Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak, in Belgrade and Serbia has met with the president of this country, Aleksandar Vucic.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq has praised the meeting with Lajcak as constructive and very correct.

“I noted the necessity for forming the Association of Serb majority municipalities, for holding local elections in northern Kosovo, and requested EU support in preventing further provocations coming from Pristina. I reaffirmed the willingness of the Republic of Serbia to fulfil its obligations, in line with international legal agreements, by respecting the Constitution of Republika Srpska and the UN Charter”, has written on Vuciq on Facebook.
