This is considered to be a good chance for Kosovo to make progress towards membership in this international mechanism.
Hisen Berisha, a member of the Commission for Security and Defence, says that from now on, state leaders should be cautious in their statements and actions.
As he adds that for membership in this organization, several other criteria must be met, including the fulfillment of political circumstances.
Even security-field connoisseur Hajrullah Ternava estimates it will positively affect Kosovo's path towards the Atlantic Alliance.
The US-Adriatic Charter is a regional-like political security initiative, previously dated to the NATO Summit in Prague.
This initiative is signed between the presidents of Albania, Croatia, Macedonia and the US, to expand later with Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, where Kosovo, Slovenia and Serbia have observer status. /tat1
