Socialist Party in Albania MP Blerina Duptika is now elected by unanimous vice president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
She, through a post on the social Facebook network, has stated that with this new task taken, she will work to bring Kosovo's membership agenda to the KiE.
“E praised for the trust of MP colleagues in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in my unanimous election as Assembly Vice President! This important post is another confirmation of Albania's confidence and recognition in the international arena today to contribute to the consolidation of democracy, human rights and rule of law! ”
With this top task taken at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, where the national delegations of 46 member states of our continent sit, together with Albania's delegation, we will continue commitments to strengthen democratic values, as well as to bring Kosovo's membership agenda to KiE”, the Supreme Court has said.
