Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani will now pay tribute to former President Rugova's tomb on the 18th anniversary of his death at 09:30.
Meanwhile at 11:00, she will attend the Memorial Academy on the anniversary of former President Rugova's death. There she'll give a speech.
The Memorial Academy will be held at the City Theatre in Gjilan.
