Lulzim Feyzullahu died as a result of severe head injuries, after being hit by a car and then repeated shocks to the head on January 14th. He died about a week later at QKUK, where efforts were being made to save him.
Two minors, Elton Kadriu and Artyol Abdullah, have been arrested in the case and are being held in custody for serious murder. The name of the first is not unknown to the organs of justice.
It has been reported that Elton Kadriu had previously been in custody for criminal work “severe bodily abuse”.
Florent Gashi, spokesperson for the Kosovo Correcting Service, told Gazette Express that they cannot be declared.
Based on Law No. 08/L-131 for Kosovo Correcting Service Article 64, paragraph 2, as well as in support of Code No. 06/L-006 of Justice for Mitur, Article 47, in view of security causes, as well as with the aim of preventing eventual damage to other people's rights and freedoms, the Kosovo Correcting Service cannot be declared concerning the case in question”, he said.
