Wessel's lawyer sweats the witness, forces him to admit that he made a serious mistake in conspiring to KLA

The trial of former KLA leaders continues today, where an international witness, Frederick Abrahamas, is being heard, questioned by Kadri Wessel's lawyer, Ben Emmerson. Emmerson strongly opposed Abraham's findings, for the “murder of civilians by the KLA in September 1998”. As Wessel's lawyer [...] was interrogated.
Emmerson strongly opposed Abraham's findings, for the “murder of civilians by the KLA in September 1998”. As wessel's lawyer during the interrogation forced the witness to admit he was mistaken in his report when he made such consultations, and furthermore, from Serbian sources that had not investigated and confirmed.
Part of the conversation between Emmerson and Abraham:
Lawyer: You've recycled Serbian propaganda, right?
Witness: It must have been written differently.
Lawyer: You got these claims from the Serbian side?
Witness: Yes
Lawyer: Have you interviewed any witnesses regarding the alleged murders?
Witness: Yes
Lawyer: When you say the September 1998 assassination, did you realize there is no murder in the indictment in September?
WitnessingIt's badly formulated...!
LawyerIt's wrong...
Lawyer: When you're talking about the September murder... there was no murder at all... it was completely wrong...
Lawyer: You told us you were teaching students. You have to distinguish between forensic evidence and assessment. The only exact assessment is that dead bodies have been found in Glogdjan in late 1998...
Witness: The word should have been written differently, for claiming they were killed by the KLA...
I can talk to you about another case, a claim...
Lawyer: You testified to how important it was and what the methodology with which you did your investigation was, and you never respected any of them.
Lawyer: You have not investigated the claims of Serbian authorities?
Witness: We've made a thorough investigation. I mentioned this, but it's not exactly reflected. We've never introduced Glodjani's case at Radnikic Lake.
Lawyer: You didn't go to the scene, did you?
Witnessing: We went to the crime scene. We tried to get to Lake Lake... at the point that we went the bodies had left and were held in a hotel in a makeshift morgue and we weren't allowed to go to the hotel.
Lawyer: But you didn't go to the lake?
Witnessing: No, we didn't go there. We went to the improvised morgue.
Lawyer: You've been able to do things...
