Vjosa Osmani shows whether Kurti is using north for votes

The country's president, Vjosa Osmani, has commented on the riots in northern Kosovo following the introduction of the municipal facilities of the new mayors of four northern municipalities, where, as she put it, Kosovo was treated as if it had invaded someone. Osmani said the issue of northern Kosovo is much bigger than us and that [...]
Osmani said the issue of northern Kosovo is much bigger than us and that the entire Western Balkans, even than Europe itself, therefore as a solution to avoiding these tensions she always sees co-ordination with our allies.
We don't always agree on the tactics or strategies that we should choose together with our friends to achieve common goal, but we gradually come to the common point. There have been cases for these 20 years when Kosovo institutions have not been patient to try to convince our allies to take the action co-ordinated and shared, and at a moment when we and our allies agree. We didn't do well. Although Kosovo was right, however it has shown its sovereignty, however it has acted by respecting its Constitution. I think we should both become”.
How can these two be achieved, Osmani took as an example her policy, followed in two cases, that of delaying elections in the north from December to April, and achieving the legitimacy of these elections.
As she puts it, to reach all of our allies to be convinced of what you are suggesting, it takes tremendous co - conversation, coordination, and effort.
“M% required meeting after meeting, co-ordination after co-ordination, efforts on eventually being convinced, with arguments of course. And they obeyed. The whole QUINTI and the 27 EU states came out with a statement in favour of holding elections, even after the Serb warning of boycott”.
“Even the legitimacy of the elections had to talk to them again, conversation after conversation, effort after effort, co-ordination after co-ordination, and eventually convinced all our allies to come out to accept both the legality of the process and its legitimacy”.
I think that this next step around the mayors in their office has been able to coordinate in a process maybe take more time. I understand it's been the pressure of the deadlines, but this too has been a process where all of us as institutions have to learn that in the future, even the steps that one feels like first”, Osman said at TopStory.
While wondering whether Kurt is using the north for electorates, Osmani said that despite their frequent talks, at any moment he does not get that impression, but according to her, Kurti sees and has the duty to protect the country's Constitution.
