“Ukrainian was heavily attacked near the Romanian border”

Romania's president, Klaus Iohannis, has said Tuesday that the new attacks on the neighbouring state of Ukraine took place “very, very close to” the Romanian border after Russia carried out continued attacks on the Danube infrastructure in southern Ukraine. “The attacks occurred today, the minister of defence told me, which were verified 800m from our border. There were “Sulme today, the minister of defence told me, which was verified 800m from our border. Very, very close to”, Iohannis said during a joint conference with Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel on 5 September.
Iohannis's announcement comes just a day after Ukraine said Russian fears fell and erupted on Romanian territory during the night of August 4th.
“According to the Ukrainian State Border Guard Service, the Shahedis] [kind of fears of Iranian production] fell and exploded on Romanian territory at night, during a massive Russian attack near the port of Izzali”, said Ukraine Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleg Nikolenko.
But, Romania's Defence Ministry has denied those claims.
This minister said the fearful attack on the Izazali port infrastructure did not pose a direct military threat to Romania, a NATO member state.
On Monday, Ukraine reported damage to the infrastructure at the port of Izali, located on the Danube River. This river has become the main route from which Ukrainian cereals are being exported, as in July Russia withdrew from the grain export deal from Black Sea ports. / REL
