In judgment against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi, following questioning by the court of witness Frederick Abrahams, official of the international NGO “Human Rights Watch” (HRW), Thaci's defence teams and Wessel have sought to ask additional questions.
Under these circumstances the testimony of witness Abrahams, as the 22nd witness in this case, will continue today, Monday, September 11th, reports the “Justice Trust”.
Otherwise, Selimi's defence has had no questions about this witness, while Krasniqi's defence has primarily asked him to state some earlier statements.
So the witness confirmed that the tape recording of the interviews with victims and witnesses in Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia at the time was not done.
