At the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo Clinic Clinic (QKUK), due to the patient's massive influx, two children are being forced into a bed. From this clinic, about 140 patients seek medical assistance within the day, as they suggest that about 30 children need to observe.

Meanwhile, parents complain about the narrow space until they say that within a small room, with parents and visitors, the number is up to 12.

The citizen, Ramadan Berisha, who has a family member's repetitive status, estimates that conditions at the Paddy Clinic are not good.

I've brought a family here, a child, there's stomach pain and vomiting, until tomorrow it's here, but in a small room three kids were, three kids and three mothers, so six. Conditions are bad, I'm gonna go get some medicine... The medical system here is a problem, because I've had a chance with some other family, where to go to private or state, you don't even know where to take it. Last time we had the other guy, he had to get some kind of transfusion, he had to go buy it and bring it back because they didn't have it all. The small room, a bed here, two on the other side, pretty close there to get into the bed, even now the hot summer three grown people, three kids, six, visitors, 10 or 12, is too small for this number of children”, Berisha said.

Meanwhile, in this regard, the pediatrician at the Clinic of Pediatrics, Ali Venhari for Kosova Prees, said they are obliged to place two patients in a bed, due to the large number of children who require spiritualization.

“Clinic of the Pediatrics, generally has 150 beds, these beds are divided in the departments, for the problem we now face most, as a result of this virtue, is the acute gastroenterology department. If the clinic is going to be full or we're forced to have two children in a bed, we have to do it if we don't have space. In fact, I already said that despite not enough space, beds we make it a practice to have two kids with one bed, or get organized with other departments, or if the whole capacity is full, we make two kids with one bed, but we don't bring back a child with a sense of humor and treatment. Of course, even parents don't want to have their own child lying with another child”, Venhar said.

On the other hand, Wenhar indicates that during the summer season, symptoms that characterize the virosis are vomiting, diarrhea, and temperature.

There's about 120-140 visits, within these visits for hospitalization approximately 20 to 30 children need to be hospitalised, the rest treat them with therapy. At this time, we have more frequent vomiting, shooting stomachs, and temperature - a gastrointhestinal problem - actually the most often caused by viruses now in the season - affects children mainly with this problem. And most of the time I say 70-80 percent of the cases are treated with oral therapy. However, the remaining 20 percent of the cases also need duplication”, Venhar said.

In addition, pediatricist Ali Venhari stressed that the Clinic of Pediatrics needs increased medical staff, while adding that it is partly supplied with essential drugs.

We as clinics always need more, because there's a lot of work there's the Clinic of Pediatrics, we're spread out in the departments, actually starting from admission across all the departments. So, I think no matter how much we have staff, we still need middle staff and doctors. ... for us it would have been a help if we had more staff. We're supplied, in part, not fully. Mostly with what we supply, we supply children with what we have, sometimes change the content of the drugs that we get from”, Venhar said.

Meanwhile, Wenhar indicated that no recent case has been presented that resulted in a positive result with Covid-19 to children.
