The Supreme Court's panel near the ate rooms has rejected the demands of former OVL UtchK leaders, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj, for protection of legitimacy based on Article 4856), (7) and (8) the Law.
The panel initially rejected the demand to hold an oral session. Gucati's request that another indictee, Dritan Hoxhaj, be included as the third party in the process was also rejected.
“Paneli found that Gucati has no legal right to submit this request and added that “does not belong to Gucati to seek to protect the perceived interests of another defendant within its request.” As to the concrete reasons on which the requirements were based (7 on each pre-teller), the panel brought them down, stating that no violation of criminal law has been committed, nor substantial violation of procedures on the part of the Judicial Chamber and the Court of Appeals Panel, or consisting of them unacceptable”, is said in the Supreme Court's ruling.
