Stand-by measures set for suspects gambling

The detention measure against three gambling suspects has been scheduled.

According to the media communiqué, against defendants S. N, Q. Th and R.K. The detention measure has been scheduled for a month.

“The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, has decided regarding the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants S. Due to criminal acts Misuse of official position or authority and criminal activity in co-organising pyramid schemes and illegal gambling, defendant Q. Due to criminal acts in co-ordination of pyramid schemes and illegal gambling, as well as defendant R.K. for criminal work in co-ordination of illegal pyramid schemes and gambling and ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.

The trial of the preliminary procedure has approved as based on the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants S. N, Q. Th and R. K, therefore, has been assigned the same amount of detention in length of (1) months for each”, says the communique.
