Special Prosecution Seeks Arrest for Three Arrested Attackants

The special prosecutor has announced that he has applied for the appointment of the detention measure against three V.T. persons. B.S. and D.M. for various criminal acts.

It is also known that the request was made for criminal acts “heavy works against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo”, as well as “the chairmanship of terrorist acts”.

The hearing of the three detainees will be held today by 10:00.

Pristina, September 25, 2023 The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) reports the public opinion that he has made a (1) request for the appointment of the detention measure to three (3) V.T. B.S. and D.M. for various criminal acts. The Special Prosecutor announces the opinion that the request was made against three (3) defendants for criminal acts “Heavy works against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo” by Article 126, and “Chief of terrorist acts” by Article 129 of the No.06/L-074 Code Penal of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as criminal acts “Heavy works against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo” by Article 126, and “Head of terrorist acts” by Article 129, regarding Article 33 of the No.06/L-074 Code.
