Shkelzen Maliqi: KFOR, NATO negotiated directly with Belgrade to stop armed conflict in the north

Maliqi said this event has probably been tragic, but being under KFOR supervision and negotiations that have been conducted has brought the withdrawal and interruption of the armed conflict.

He said their plan has been to promote a fierce conflict against the monasteries and pilgrims what would also bring the uprising of the northern Serbs.
