They are charged with criminal acts of war against the civilian population, actions sanctioned, Article 142 and 22 of the RSPJ Penal Code currently penalised with provisions 31 and 153 of KPRK.
Thus, with the Special Prosecutor's Prosecution Act, the detainees were sent to the detention for 48 hours.
Deputy Police Director for North Veton Elshani has also seized the case.
