Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor has issued a decision to ban two senior QPS officials.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina reports the public opinion that the Department for Economic Crimes and Corruption Investigation in Pristina has issued a ruling on the detention of two persons, V.M. and V.M., under suspicion that the same in the quality of senior QPS officials in Pristina have committed criminal work “Misuse of Official Position or Authority”, according to KPRK's Article 414, because they are suspected that during the exercise of their official duties, they have illegally employed about 10 people in this institution, as well as illegally appointed him as manager for handling a case of sexual violence, one of those employed, despite the fact that the engaged one had failed to meet legal conditions to handle such a case and sensitively.
The prosecution in full co-ordination with the police is continuing with the enterprise of further investigative actions concerning this criminal case.
