The news was made known on Facebook, Albanian-American Civic League board member Faton Bislimi.
He has submitted this letter with the signatures of the two senators.
In their letter, according to him, senators ask the State Secretary to open the topic of the Albanian issue in the Valley in each communication or meeting with Serbian authorities.

In addition, the paper requires implementation of the Seven-point Plan for Albanian Rights in the Valley, also accepted by Serbia since 2013.
“Since then, the government in Belgrade has made limited progress in implementing this plan. None of the priority points of the plan have been fully realised, and in representation in government institutions, there has been no progress at all,” is said on paper.
The senatorial letter comes a few months after the congressional letter of Congressmen Himes and Torres, as well as for the Valley, to Secretary Blinken.
