In the decision provided by KALLXO.comRTK is convicted of violations related to security and health at work.
The decision is in the second instance because RTK had filed complaints against the IP's first decision.
The labour inspection has found that RTK had not conducted assessing the risk of workplaces; had not trained workers from the security and health fields; was not equipped with the first aid kit; had not provided the workers' medical checks, and had not undertaken measures for safety and health at work, as provided with the Law for Security and Health at work.
The IP ruling has found that the RTK adventure regulation is also contrary to the Labour Law.
RTK is obliged to pay the fine of 7 thousand euros within eight days.
“RTK was handed over to the official report with 09.11.2022 and said that “at the same time take on addressing the consistent irregularities and implement the recommendations issued in this report”- the decision said.
But according to RTK's IP in January 2023, there was no evidence that it had addressed the report's findings.
“In the RTK studio, during the inspection it has been found that none of the studios have an emergency exit, there are no exit signs, camera cables are on the floor (not marked”... and the current is not shut... In the facility where Radio Kosovo is located, during the inspection it has been found that evacuation plans are located on the walls of the facility, the first aid boxes are located in the facility, but the material is over-term”- has counted IP.
According to the request from RTK, the Labour Inspectorate had addressed the legality of advance and staff system, the method of recruiting staff, the doubling of positions, the treatment of jobs that are not pre-represented in organograms and regulations, as well as labour contracts, issues raised even in the report of the National Audition Office./Full Texe: Callo. com/
