Rizan, PDK: Imri Ahmeti's government in Lipjan, mired in corrupt links, we demand resignations and investigations

The chairman of the PDK branch in Lipjan, Hyzer Rizani, has accused the Lipjan municipality's executive of continuing violations and links to employment, bidding and issuing construction permits.

Rizan, through a Facebook post, has said that in the Lipjan municipality under the leadership of Imri Ahmeti and LDK, tenders have been given to companies close to power, arrests of abuse of official duty under subsidies and bribery, construction permits were granted to LDK militants and municipality directors, issued for use of school facilities without technical admission, and the stadium project at Magure and Dobraja has been misused.

“The citizens of the Lipjan municipality are silent against the corrupt relatives of the local LDK government. They have chosen silence for their vote or fear municipal governments set by them. The recorded irregularities should lead to the resignation of Lipjan Mayor Imri Ahmeti”, Rizan wrote.

The PDK in Lipjan wants the prosecution to investigate these cases of abuse of official office.
