Former defence minister in Ukraine Oleksi Reznikov warns the West that any negotiations with Moscow will not bring peace and that Vladimir Putin is committed to the destruction of Ukraine until its citizens in the Russian Federation.
In a letter to Guardian, Reznikov says no deal with the Kremlin will end the war.
