The Court II has dismissed the latest report with nine requests for the status of participating victims in the Thaci case and others. The judges have refused to consider the credibility of these requirements, as the deadline for their surrender to the issue expired on February 15th of this year.
According to the court, no acceptable reason has been shown to consider them as valid as set forth in Rule 9 (5) (b)”.
This court ruling has been issued today until it has revealed that the office for the victims' participation may be new to hand over the report with additional information.
141 people who claim to be victims have been admitted into this trial so far.
The trial of Thaci and others has started on April 3rd with the opening statements, where everyone has been declared innocent of charges of alleged war crimes.
