The victim is suspected to have been killed by a fellow firearm because of a disagreement.
The case has already confirmed Periscope as well as Police spokesman for the Gjakova region, Sheremet Elezaj.
Elezaj said the case has occurred around 7:15 a.m. in Banja, Malisheva, as the victim's death was recorded by the medical team.
“A person, also a male adult, has surrendered to the Malishev Police Station and the first investigations allegedly, for still unknown motives, has shot the shooting victim.
The necessary police units have emerged at the scene, as well as the state prosecutor at the co-ordination, which the necessary investigative actions” have stated.
