Lawyer Qerfinin said the Court should be cautious when ordering the raid, “because privacy is violated and these are guaranteed rights with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo”.
“Today, I was engaged in the raid that took place today in the Fazliu family, the residence was raided, and I was promoted. I am convinced that they have found nothing with survey concerning the procedures that are under way”, he said.
The lawyer said that Fazliu “has never been questioned in the Specialised Chambers, in the quality of the suspected person, and the first action is this raid”.
And in the case of former Commander Remi, he said that there is no time for the interview to take place.
