Rama says KFOR must take control of north, Kurti's reaction comes

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has been asked by Bosnian media “Istraga” regarding Albanian counterpart Edi Rama's proposal that Kosovo's “Veri of Kosovo must take control of KFOR”. Kurti has also indicated that “we need joint patrols of our police and KFOR on the border between Kosovo and Serbia”, and that “formul should not be changed”.
“For Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama's proposal that KFOR take over northern Kosovo: “We need joint patrols of our police and KFOR at the border between Kosovo and Serbia. And as for other things, this has already been decided. Everywhere in Kosovo the first answer is our police, then EULEX and then KFOR. And I don't think this formula should be changed”, Kurti said about “Istraga”.
Prime Minister Edi Rama has said at today's media conference that KFOR should take control of Kosovo's north, which he said did earlier at the NATO summit.
He noted he has warned the escalation of events and stressed that they should no longer be expected to act
