Here's what he said at the extraordinary conference, there's Periscope:
Whatever happened yesterday is not repeated tomorrow and far away even worse, and the Government of Kosovo will not degrade into the battle arena from time to time that can turn the north into a small Donbas, but enough to turn yesterday into today, losing Albania to the first of Kosovo simultaneously and then the entire region and who knows how many other years.
To get back where we are today, let us go where we must be tomorrow.
If long before these dramatic developments, I have said and applied several times to international instances, that the format of negotiations should be established at a conference with reference to the Franco-German plan.
Otherwise, along with the stock of all those unfinished agreements, the delay in the process could bring a stock of victims of armed conflict.
And to prevent in every way and every means this conflict that looks more likely today than ever before, KFOR must take control of Kosovo's north.
It's a proposal I've made before, I've made at the NATO Summit.
I'm glad that now Kosovo, KFOR, in the north” requires this. /Periscopi
