He said the arrests concern some contracts on the work, which he claimed are more than necessary for Pristina, calling the arrests unreasonable.
Rama explained that the capital's budget is set on the basis of the 2011 population, but that this number has increased, with that the demand for services for which they have been forced to link contracts on the work.
He explains that there has been nothing out of the ordinary in these contracts and that he personally does not disclose the reason for arrest, which adds that he remains the justice to decide on the case.
I realized that while I was abroad. They've also questioned the vice president, I think it's about some contracts on the work, the capital works with a 2011 record budget. Capitals require numerous services, so these contracts are related to health administration services and are necessary because the numbers we have are not enough”.
What's happened is out of proportion I don't see fit, but I'm letting legal processes handle this job, I don't see that there was something out of the ordinary, I'm personally saying on the grounds why it was done, why now, we'll understand more and talk later”
