Even the QUINT states have gathered at a meeting in Brussels to discuss this very situation.

As Italy's prime minister's adviser Francesco Talo suggests at this meeting, the EU facilitated dialogue was discussed as the only form to advance normalisation of the situation between Kosovo and Serbia.

EU-tracilitated Dialogue is the only way ahead for #Serbia and #Kosovo to normal relations and move on their own EU path. We stand behind EUSR Lajcak. I had excited defeats in Brussels with him and colleagues from France, German and USA. Pic.twitter. com/ewMz9ibQqv
