Post after download: STAT decision extremely illegal

Students Centre Director Fatmir Sfishta has held media conference concerning the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and innovation's decision to dismiss him from this position.

He at the conference said he has agreed yesterday to a decision signed by Minister Nagavci, who dismissed him from the post of General Director of the Students Centre.

Also, yesterday during the day I received an email from Minister Nagavci's cabinet that today at 9: 00 p.m. I will submit duty to the person who will be appointed by them to order the office of director” he said.

However, Sfishta said that neither from the Ministry of Education nor the person appointed to this position has anyone come from 9:00.

The ruling, however, called it extremely illegal.

And as far as Minister Nagavci's decision on my dismissal is concerned, I think and I believe that this decision is extremely illegal and will challenge it with all the legal means at my disposal” Sfisha said.
