They have invited the chief executive to implement the obligations made in the process.
According to them, implementation of these obligations is good for Kosovo.
LDK Headship member Valon Murtezaj has praised that Kosovo cannot be denied the obligations stemming from the agreed agreement.
In his account in “Facebook”, he wrote that only in this way does Kosovo lose its burden.
The “in the next dialogue meeting, which is expected to be held on 14 September, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, as a side of the process, should be clear in its position and behaviour. What is not to be accepted is not to be accepted. But the already agreed pieces must be implemented. This would help Kosovo at this stage”, Murtezaj wrote.
Even the official PDK, Bekim Colak, has said that only by carrying out the obligations Kosovo has made in this process can punitive measures be removed.
In an interview for the Nacional newspaper, he has said the Government of Kosovo is deliberately failing to comply with Allied demands.
The EU and US requests for deexiting the situation in the country's north are clear. On the other hand, the government and Prime Minister Kurti have not deliberately met those requirements. This irresponsible approach of the government is irritating the EU and its member states. Government efforts to manipulate or buy even more time with vague and halved actions will not benefit”, Colaku said.
He has warned that Kosovo could face new sanctions if the government does not reflect.
Therefore, as long as EU requirements are not fully met, sanctions will remain in force and we risk facing additional penalties. Prime Minister Kurti is aware that he has accepted a bad agreement for Kosovo, and in exchange, Kosovo has gained nothing. As a result, returning to normality and implementing the agreement reached does not at all coincide with the personal and party interest Prime Minister Kurti is leading. Enhanced association and autonomy for Serbs, which is at the heart of the Kurti- Vucic agreement, is constant anxiety for Kurti and his party”, he has said.
September 14th meeting
European Union for Foreign Policy and Security High Representative Josep Borrell has suggested that on 14 September it is expected to be the next summit in the middle of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, and Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq.
Although the date has been set, the topics of the meeting are still not known that are expected to be discussed.
Government spokesman Progress Kryeziu has said that soon the agenda of the meeting will also be taught.
The next high-level political meeting under the EU-brokered dialogue is scheduled to take place on September 14th. For the full agenda of this meeting to notify the following days”, Kryeziu said.
For the last time, Kurti and Vuciq have met on May 2nd of this year, following elections in the north.
During this time, there has been a major crisis in the north, following the Government's action to send elected mayors to municipal facilities.
