)Taking to base the security situation the country is undergoing after the terrorist attack i n Organised by the Republic of Serbia to the state sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo;

)Stressing the importance of preserving and protecting the state sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo knows and our commitment to contributing to peace and stability in the region;

-Determined that the Republic of Kosovo is free, democratic, peace-loving and homeland of its citizens to whom rights, freedoms and equality are guaranteed before the law

Dedicated to fight and prevent by constitutional legal means, any action and effort which violates or endangers the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo,

-The Kosovo Assembly condemns in the harshest terms the terrorist attack organised by the Republic of Serbia on Kosovo police on September 24th 2023,

-Asked by the international factor to exercise its role in confronting Serbia with its role in relation to the organisation and support it has made to the terrorist group that has made the Republic of Kosovo.

- Appreciates the work and engagement and results of Kosovo institutions and partner security institutions, EULEX, KFOR in joint action to repel terrorist attacks

-Preparing the reserve support for Kosovo Police for maintaining order and security on Kosovo territory

-It requires joint work on full integration and co-founding all communities in the Republic of Kosovo.

-Incure, support political pluralism among Serb community in Kosovo

-It is required by the Government of Kosovo to co-operate with international allies, in particular with the United States of America to empower the rule of law and our common Euro-Atlantic values.

It confirms the need for international investigation into the Republic of Serbia, for organising terrorist activities and continuing the existence of training camps of terrorist groups in Serbia's territory. /Periscopi
