Murder in Pec, eyewitnesses report how the event took place at the locals after a call

At Thursday's session at the Constitutional Court in Pec, in the case that Janifer Gashi is accused of killing I.G. witnesses Zeqe Gashi, Lirim Gashi and Feta Gashi, showed how the defendant went to the club led him straight to the victim and that the whole event occurred shortly after a call.

Later, the witness over a statement that the defendant and the victim had had had one year ago said they had been drinking at the village store and the defendant had gone by saying now to the late man “what is taking my wife through my mouth”, adding that he had the gun rep, but the witness took the defendant and had thrown him away.

On the other hand, witness Freedom Gashi indicated that they had been at the “bar. Shelnja”, with the others talking about the slaughter of an offering and sweetling people who want to join.

Then the session was interrupted because of a regular work schedule to continue tomorrow (8 September 2023), according to an agenda assigned by the chairman of the court, Shaça Curri.

Otherwise, the indictment filed by the Peja Prosecutor on March 13th 2023 is charging accused Janifer Gashi, who, on June 28, 2022, about 21:04 a.m., in the village of Kryschec, Pec Community, before the bar “Shelnja” due to previous disputes between defendants and now the late I.G, has deliberately deprived the deceased now of life. G, as well as cerces deliberately cause slight bodily injury to the injured, Flarim Gashi, and has likewise deliberately risked the lives of the now injured Zeka, Denis, Freedom and Religion Gashi.
