Lawyer gives details about how Remi's sending to EULEX took place

Lawyer Arianant Koci has stated that last night Special Court investigators have gone to the home of former KLA commander Rrustem Mustafa, and have sent him to EULEX base in Fushe Kosovo. Koci indicated that Remy was taken in front of the house because he was not invited, although he said he was already released [...]
Koci indicated that Remy was picked up in front of the house for not having been invited, although he indicated that he was already released after procedures.
According to him, Remi has not been arrested and the investigators have asked him nothing but he had to hand over his personal phone.
They took Remy, they didn't invite him. But they took it. They took him in front of the house, in the parking lot, and sent him to the country where they have a EULEX base. I went there, while their actions were done, an investigator said Riemi is not under arrest. They've got it, it hasn't gone. They told him you should come with us”, Koci said.
When I got there, he said let's ask Remy if he accepts a lawyer. I told them right on the loose, I told them to look at the legal base, why they took it. Today they say Remy, do you need a lawyer? I met him today, he said they're here, I handed him the phone. No additional questions have been asked. The phone when it's taken from investigators should be legal. Apparently, they have been fulfilled”, he added.
But they haven't asked him any additional questions. They said very quickly they release him, he's not arrested, he doesn't need a lawyer, he concluded the” procedure.
On the other hand, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has stated it does not comment on operational issues after being asked about Remi's ban Tuesday evening.

And, Mustafa on Facebook said that Kosovo Special Court investigators at the order of the prosecution had done a telephone check last night, and then he was left to return home.
“About 8:00 a.m. in front of my house, I was introduced to investigators at the Special Court of Kosovo with an order from the Special Court's Prosecutor for Phone Control. They explained to me that we should have an official conversation at the Euex office”, he wrote last night.
“Personel from Special Court has behaved respectfully. My phone was seized at Euex's office and this check has just been done without any additional interest on them, conversation ended, and now I'm at home”.
