Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said today that the aim of the armed attack by a group of Serbian terrorists on 24 September was to launch a new war in Kosovo.
Speaking of holding the party's General Council, Kurti said that Sergeant Africa Bulnjak and three terrorists were killed in this attack.
From their weak attack, our police officer, Sergeant Africa Bunnjak, was killed and border police officer Alban Rashit was wounded. With the pain of Africa and the relief that Alban was rapidly treating, we quickly reacted to the safety perimeter around the village of Banjska, where the terrorists had been accommodated. We asked them to surrender, but they came with a scenario of their own that successfully responded. PK eliminating three terrorists, arresting several others and continuing the persecution of those who fled”, he said.
Furthermore, the prime minister declared that the value of seized weapons is over 5m euros and that there were weapons for hundreds of fighters.
“We have found weapons worth over 5m euros and quantities of weapons for hundreds of fighters testifying to the plan to launch an armed struggle within and against the Republic of Kosovo. Military arms and combat training, ammunition and other equipment, political and strategic directives and official and public support all came from Serbia”, he said further.
For Kurt from yesterday, nothing is the same anymore.
It's not the same thing anymore. The facts are flat and what we've always said is that Serbia is sponsoring terrorisation in the north, clarified and proven”, he said.
