Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has again reacted to the assassination of a Kosovo police officer in the north, where he has shown that the North Gunshots are continuing.
He has said that is why they have called on Serbia not to sponsor terrorist attacks in the north.
“One policeman has remained killed today at the helm of the post, while another has remained injured, in the northern municipality of Zvecan. Gunshots against the police are under way. That is why we have called on Serbia to stop sponsoring terrorist attacks in the north”, Kurti wrote on Twitter.
“While we mourn the loss of our fallen officer, we reaffirm our commitment to maintain rule of law and security throughout our territory. Sponsoring violence and terrorism from Serbia is a serious violation of both our national security and the law, international principles and values”, Kurti has continued.
One policeman in the North is dead, another wounded and one injured.
Kosovo institutions have named the attack a terrorist act.
A police officer has been killed today in the line of duty while others have been involved in the nation of Zvecan. The safety against the police is ongling. This is the reason why we have been calling for Serbia to stop sponsoring terrorist attacks in the north.
