Minister of Internal Affairs Xhelal Svecla has announced that Kosovo and Northern Macedonia will have common border crossing points from today.
“Taking into account friendly relations, based on the values of equality and with the goal of strengthening regional co-operation, today I have signed the agreement that will enable the establishment of joint border crossings with the Republic of Northern Macedonia, “Han of Elezi Blace” and “Glloboqica-Jazzica”, he wrote on Facebook.
The head of the MPB has announced that this agreement is aimed at simplifying procedures and facilitating movement of persons and vehicles.
“from now on, citizens will be legitimised only at one border point”, he added.
