Chief Parliamentary Galuk Konjufca, Prime Minister Albin Kurti's statements days ago were not accusations, but were consultations on the way to the work of EU emissary Miroslav Lajcak.
According to him, Lajcak, with his stances, is positioned on Serbia's side.
He added at the last meeting, adding that recognition has been removed and required by Lajcik only to form association.
Asked by the Economy, for the EU and US position on their support for the work of emissary, Konjufca said there is only one key for dialogue to continue, and that is for the association to be formed together with recognition from Serbia.
He voiced confidence that Kosovo cannot move any step forward in the process of dialogue if Serbia's recognition on the horizon, for which he said that with this promise VV has come to power.
“S first I don't think those were the charges were some conspiracy of Lajcak's way of working. It has been noted in the very beginning that Lajcak's positions which most articulate the most have been left to say those taking Serbia's position at first and having the effort that through various mechanisms also forms that he is calm in the solutions he proposes to be the starting point of Serbia's position, since he could accommodate Serbia's” position.
“E what is the positioning of Serbia, the positioning of Serbia is that Kosovo should make an association outside every political umbrella of the process which has reached this point where we are now. While the original approach has been quite different, the original approach has been that since Kosovo cannot do Association, because otherwise it would have been done by 2013 in the government of Isa Mustfa, or Hashim Thaci, now the VV is harder to do. Because we've got a powerful political co-ordination mandate with a few promises.”
“What were those promises, they have been that Kosovo cannot move any step forward in the dialogue process if Serbia's recognition is not on the horizon. Just after that, experts who have compiled the Ohrid Agreement have expanded the umbrella. The umbrella's expansion is that there's recognition and association. Now Lajcak says there's only Association. The recognition belongs to Serbia when it wants it, that is Serbia's position. If Lajcak articulates it and says it is Serbia's position. If Lajcak is articulating this and says this is the position of the EU, then we can say Lajcak has contributed to this official EU position being what Serbia represents. I don't think this is balanced at all. It's a deviation from the original idea. The original idea is no association without recognition. You can't take association and take me away from the idea of recognition. Consider it a recognition shower defacto, is recognition of Kosovo's citizenship. Serbia must agree that when it crosses the border in Merdare is in another country. I have to know him, the flag, the symbols should not prevent us from applying to the international organization”.
The “then is in the responsibility of Kosovo to find a form of association that is in line with the Constitution and does not violate judicial order. If you try to destroy it with ideas then you're in Serbia's lighthouse. It's not a charge, it's just an identification of a man who saw a man doing his own job in a responsible way. Only one key is possible to move the dialogue forward, association along with recognition, otherwise there is no advance dialogue is problem”, he said.
