Eugen Cakoli from the nongovernmental KDI organisation has said the Serbian List cannot be declared a terrorist organisation, even though its leader Milan Radojciq had participated in the terrorist attack on Kosovo Police in the north, namely in Zvecan Banisk.
He said that they do not allow the current laws of the state of Kosovo until he added that neither the CEC has the right to unregister the party “except when they make illegal statuteary changes”.
“Political parties cannot be declared terrorist organisations. Under the law, parties can neither be pronounced a criminal sanction . Neither the CEC has the right to unregister parties, unless they make illegal statuteic changes.
Therefore, involvement in terrorist acts by the deputy head of the Serbian List will not involve the party as a whole, however that the LLS itself has worked and acted against the state of Kosovo. The roots of this situation are in 2013, when legislation was applied to enable the Serbian List registration as a” party, he said.
According to Cakoli, “for his works, Milan Radojic will be prosecuted as an individual, leader or member of terrorist group”.
He suggests that the Serbian “List can only be tried by voters or the public on the way to handling the case. Ideally, since we're in normal circumstances, it would be for them to dismiss Radoic from the post of vice president and distance themselves from him and attacks on our institutions”.
This Tuesday, Interior Affairs Minister Jelal Svecla had published images showing Milan Radojciq, along with Serb terrorists, within the courtyard of the Bansjka monastery in northern Kosovo.
Radojciq was seen on published images of military uniform and armed with heavy weapons.
Also seen, Radojcik appeared injured by the Kosovo Police Special Unit.
