Italy's prime minister, Giorgia Melon, has indicated she will not run for a second term as the president of European Conservators and Reformers.
The news has revealed foreign media, under which its mandate will be completed shortly after the European elections next June.
“I think it is possible that she will not run again, her offer is already very important,” told the newspaper Nicolas Procaccini, who co-chairs the group of European Conservators and Reformers in the European Parliament.
According to La Repubblica, “the shipment of Giorgia Melon's work is large and the dog's -- at this stage, the prime minister and chairman of Italy's largest party -- means it will have to give up other important positions, at the European level. ”
