The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has filed charges today at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, against defendants with S.F. initials.
The Special Prosecutor reports there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant S.F. in the quality of the official person, as a member of Serbia's State Security, along with two other service officials, so far unknown to the tracking organs, dated 10,04,1998, until victim H. S, a professional doctor, was traveling by private car from Glogoci to Pristina along with two other people -- H.S. and S.H, respectively -- as soon as he arrived at the Slatina crossroads near Pristina airport.
On the other hand, the prosecution suggests that the same were detained by uniform members of Serbia's Serbian Police and State Security, including the defendant S. F, in that way that after they were stopped, they were initially legitimised by the police, then H.S. was taken by the defendant S.F. and two other suspects -- all three dressed in civilian clothes -- the same had entered the car which the defendant S.F. headed. and was sent to the State Security building in Pristina, where he was initially subjected to beatings and torture, and nothing is known from that day to his fate.
With these actions, the defendant in co-ordination has committed criminal acts war crimes against the civilian population from Article 142 concerning Article 22 of RSFJ Penal Law.
