Hisen Berisha, deputy of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), has spoken of an open witness at the Special Court, Agim Idrizi.
He has said the testimony shows how serious the witnesses are, saying Idriz mentioned in Special a <x0 minus” that he received.
